Trident Cotton Yoga Rug

This 100% cotton, coarse weave rug is designed for Ashtanga or Power yoga where grip whilst sweating is required. The rug's grip increases as it gets wetter, the opposite to a yoga mat. The Shiva's Trident helps keep you aligned.
The rug is often used with a standard mat to keep the rug in place; we recommend the Travel Mat.

The design has been improved so that the Trident line is integrally woven into the rug, rather than embroidered on the rug as in previous years - this both looks nicer and make the mat more durable.
