Bottles are available in four sizes, 300ml, 500ml, 750ml & 1000ml and are available in a wide selection of colours for orders over 500.

Our bottles are manufactured from MDPE (medium density polyethylene) and our easy to use double seal lid screw lid ensures no leaks and trouble free use.

Prices exclude a £50.00 + vat one time origination charge.

All our bottles can be custom printed in up to a maximum of 5 colours using the silk screen-printing method. We are able to custom print Sports Bottles in quantities as low as 100 pcs at very competitive prices.

We'll work with you to get your artwork onto our bottles at the highest quality possible, here are a few guidelines!

ARTWORK Requirements

Art supplied on CD or via e-mail is welcome; Macintosh format is preferred. Multi-color artwork should be supplied as an editable 'eps' file in vector format, with necessary fonts and linked graphics supplied. We cannot accept RGB, Photoshop or CMYK files as these are not acceptable formats. (Don't let the technical terms scare you! Your printer, graphic artist or ad agency most likely has your logo on file in this format and will know exactly what we're talking about.)

Single color artwork may be supplied as a black and white printout, at actual size or larger. Your printer should be able to print out at least 300dpi resolution.

About the "vector" file format: Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand are examples of applications that save files in vector format. Instead of creating a mosaic of your image out of square colored blocks called 'pixels' as in a GIF, JPEG or TIF file, vector files store data as lines, shapes, text and other objects. Vector images can be scaled by any amount without looking grainy or pixelated. Vector images also can easily carry the information needed to separate your image into multiple ink colors as required for our silkscreening process.

Art & Origination charges: Free for files supplied to our specification which require no modifications. Artwork requiring modification to make suitable for the silkscreen process is charged at £30 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum. Most artwork, logos or designs requiring modification can be completed in 1 - 2 hours, however, some complex multi colour designs may need to be re-drawn and take much longer.
