The Precision Training TRAINING TO WIN DVD provides a comprehensive range of training routines and exercises designed to enable users to maximise the useage of the wide range of Precision Training products.

Running for 55 minutes, it is fronted by Graham Taylor who is assisted by Notts County fitness development co-ordinator Emma Trent. A wide range of training routines are featured on the DVD – which concentrates on four major disciplines - speed, agility, power and co-ordination.

There is also an extended football interview with Graham Taylor. Graham Taylor said: Im a passionate believer in the Precision Training brand."There are quite literally hundreds of ways in which local clubs and athletes can use these products.

This DVD will give an insight to coaches and athletes of just a few of the diverse routines which can be used." Students from West Bridgford College, Nottingham, featured in the production of the DVD which was shot on location at Notts County and Burnley football clubs.
