Ideal training for situations in a team game where one player is either trying to mirror the movements of their opponent, or is trying to escape from their opponent. Escape Belts were created to give players and coaches a tool for training these type of situations.
Each Escape Belt drill involves two players being connected by a velcro leash, where one player is trying to break the connection and the other is trying to keep it intact.
Excellent for lateral speed and change of direction training.
