Our standard delivery charges outlined above cover UK Mainland only except for;
- Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man. Where the items are bulky, heavy and outside Royal Mail size guidelines, an EXTRA CHARGE OF £30.00 + Vat per ORDER is due.
- FOR ORDERS TO REPUBLIC of IRELAND & OTHER EU COUNTRIES PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES on : +44(0)2392428825 FOR A DELIVERY COST QUOTATION or email info@valentinesports.co.uk.
- Other European and International destinations will be on a ‘price on application’ basis.
Overseas delivery charges are based on country and weight. Please email info@valentinesports.co.uk for details. Additional local duty and taxes may be required to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods.
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 7 days in most circumstances. Specific delivery times are dependant on the method selected within our site. Special order items may take longer.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email.
We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
